PayPal Holdings, Inc. Credit card department,

Unsolicited issuance of credit card New York

While purchasing a pair of shoes for Off Sacks Fifth Avenue site. I decided to use my - account tided to my - - credit card, I was re directed to a deferent page where I was asked to put in my personal information. This page did not indicate that I was applying for a - credit. A month later I received a - bill for the $250.00 for the purchase. I assume it was a mistake and did not call - until the following month when I received the bill again with very high late feeds. I complained that I did not open credit with them and I was told that I had gone to the wrong page which was not the case. I paid their charge but I was very upset with how customers were misled.
