When I created a PayPal account to purchase a product through another vendor, they signed my up for a - - that I never agreed in opening. Now monthly I have a ding on my credit report as they state that they can not close or do anything about the account as it belongs to a different person with the same name but different date of birth, social security number, address and phone number. They state it was due to identity theft but neither of the - organizations that I have monitoring service with state identity theft and that all information points to PayPal services with the billing address and phone number.
