I applied for a mortgage loan with - - - -. - - - - informed me that my application was denied. One of the reasons given was " Excess Obligations in Relation to Income ''. A DISCOVER account was considered as an " obligation. '' DISCOVER confirmed to me by letter dated -/-/1996, that my name was removed from the account. They lied. The account continues to " impact '' my credit worthiness.
