Billing disputes Oregon

I received my credit card statement, from Continental Finance on -/-/15 and noticed there was a late fee of $35.00 applied to my account. I spoke to - and I explained how there was a delay with my bank sending the payment. -, the supervisor, waived the late fee for -/-/-. My -/-/- statement, shows another late fee of $35.00. I asked - why there was another late fee, and she said because I did not pay the $75.00 for -/-/-. I told her, I paid the $35.00 and the other $35.00 was from the -/-/- late fee that was waived. So they billed me a late fee, on top of a late fee that was waived. The -/-/- bill, was paid on -/-/15, in the amount of $35.00. I sent in a dispute, explaining the issue, and received a letter back, stating the charges were correct, which they are not. Now, I get my -/-/- bill, and it has another late fee of $35.00 on top of the erroneous late fee for -/-/- After the -/-/- payment, I paid the -/-/- payment on -/-/-, and the -/-/- payment was paid on -/-/-. Continental Finance keeps charging me a late fee from the late fee for -, in which I clearly do not owe. Please review the attached correspondence and supporting documentation and it is evident that I do not owe these - late fees of $35.00 for -/-/- and -/-/-.
