-On -/-/- I ordered ACH push transfer from my Capital One 360 Savings account into my - - account. -On -/-/- the funds were credited and available in my - - account. -On -/-/- I closed my Capital One 360 - account. -On -/-/- the funds were withdrawn WITHOUT MY CONSENT from my - - account back to Capital One.
investigation that they say will take several business days. -At this point the funds are nowhere to be seen. -Capital One reversed a perfectly valid transaction already confirmed by the destination bank ( - ) without giving a reasonable explanation of why.
