TransUnion Credit reporting department,

Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Texas

This reported item was a duplicated sent printer. I spoke with - rep who told me to decline receipt upon arrival, which I did and carrier took it away immediately. Obviously, - failed to remove this double shipped printer from my credit card. I called to confirm this was removed and was told that it was. This is an erroneous charge and needs to be removed immediately. The credit card from - has since been canceled. Please have this removed immediately as it is affecting my credit rating.
