Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC New York

Hi, I request a credit increase from my - - - & I consider there will be a soft Copy of my credit report, but they did a hard copy without mentioning on line on this regards, therefore I lost some point on my credit Fico Score by Trans union, which is not Fair, they should notice me that before my request on that regards, my other Credit card they do increase on line with no effect on my credit Score ( Soft Credit inquiry ) Please consider my request to remove this hard copy from my Credit report on -/-/15 Thank you for concern & Happy holidays - -
