I was affected by the - - crash and I have a lot of student debt the funny thing is when I signed up to go to school there I was told I would receive my - That never happened, they told me I did not need one as I had tha ability to benefit. Needless to say I have a lot of private loan debt, the federal loans are being discharged but upon me leaving the college they had me sign paperwork for a private loan telling me it was a grant. It was not until later I found out I signed for a private loan at an extraordinary interest rate. The school when I left dispersed the private loan to a government subsidies loan leaving a large amount of debt that has caused financial hardship since. I have had to file numerous bankruptcys so that the collections would not eat my paycheck. As the payments were set by the bankruptcy court. I never had knowledge of what I did until it was to late.
