Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score

They credit bureaus refusing to send me a free copy of my credit report and score which I 'm untitled to under the fair reporting act the reason why is because they have insufficient information on my credit report that they do not want me to see or dispute as ruining my life liberty and freedom it 's affecting me.and causing me hardship
