Illegal interest rates charged in Louisiana by -/Call Call/-. Also these companies may not be licensed consumer lenders in Louisiana. I have paid back over 3 times the amount I borrowed. This situation has caused a strain on my marriage. My interest rate was at or above 139 %. Louisiana interest rate cap on personal consumer or revolving loans is 12 %. I am using this complaint as a cease and desist letter. I borrowed $5000.00. and paid back $16000.00 as on -/-/2015. Does that seem fair!! I know you are helping other states so please help Louisiana residents too.
