I found that Wells Fargo paid my spring taxes 5 months late and in addition, paid a late fee of $82.00 from my escrow. I have requested several times since - that my mortgage account be credited money due for late fees and a mortgage analysis be completed again. I finally have received the credit ( 3 months later ) but the mortgage analysis needs to be re-calculated, as it did not include - escrow payments that were made in the analysis or the credit. I have tried numerous times to have this resolved ( in person at different bank branches and over the phone with multiple representatives ) and no one at Wells Fargo returns calls or follows through with resolution. After their miscalculations, I want to know the " new '' monthly amount for my mortgage payments in 2016. This is the absolute worst customer service I 've ever experienced and need help to find out an answer. I submitted a formal complaint to the OCC but was informed this type of issue no longer falls under their jurisdiction.
