Wells Fargo Bank took an authorized payment for an auto loan that I have with them. I paid $190.00 because that 's what I could pay, but Wells Fargo Auto loan department took $380.00 off my account without my permission. I want my money back please. The money was to be used to pay for Daycare so that I can go to work.
