I co-signed on a Cash Call loan for my - - in 2013. My brother immediately defaulted on the loan and I was left to pay it off. Unfortunately, I was layed off from my job shortly there after and was unable to keep up the payments. So, now I have a Cash Call amount of - on my Credit Report. I have contacted Cash Call to set up a Lump Sum payoff, but they refuse to speak to me regarding this loan, since I am not the " Primary Signer ''. I need this Cash Call off of my Credit Report to move forward with a Refinance that I am attempting to complete. In short, I need your office to contact Cash Call and find out how I can pay of this debt & how long afterwards before their company is off of my Credit Report.
