PayPal signed me up without my knowledge or consent for a FRAUDULENT " line of credit '' of $500.00 and defaulted my Ebay payments so that I payed by this line of credit when I actually wanted to pay using my credit card. I made a purchase on Ebay on -/-/2015 and was by default " steered '' to pay by Pay Pal credit. I contacted them immediatly and asked to pay by credit card and they said, " They could not take a credit card payment over the phone '' and made me mail them a check! I cancelled the line of credit, that I never opened with them in the first place, and then closed my Pay Pal account which I have had for about 11 years. Pay Pal is committing fraud, stay away from Pay Pal.
