I am cosigner on my daughters - loan. My daughters loan is in default and - loan has given this loan to debt collector Attorney Russell P Goldman located at - - - # -, - - -, NJ -. This debt collection company put a levy on my bank account and took everything I had without notice. My daughter and I received a letter that - Bank as well as - - - had a levy placed on them. Neither of these banks do I hold an account at. My bank is - - and this bank was not mentioned in any of the received paperwork. Also once before they had placed a levy on my daughters - Bank account and when my daughter wrote a letter to the court to claim her $1000.00 exemption they lied to the court and said there was no levy yet we supplied the court with a copy of the paperwork where they did. This debt collection company does not work within the guidelines that they are to follow. If they have been dishonest with my daughter and myself then I can imagine they have the same practice with all of the people


daughter has made to them in writing about a payment plan. - loan was seeking $1900.00 per month from my daughter directly out of college. My daughter was granted - forbearance and then denied consolidation as well as refinancing as they said she did not make enough money to do these things. We still do n't understand this logic as consolidating would have made her payments less and would enable her to keep on track. - loan essentially dismissed my daughter as she was not making full payments but she was paying whatever she could and - loan defaulted her even though she was attempting to make any kind of payment to them. In closing I would like to also add that - of the loans that was less than $90000.00 has now somehow since - blossomed into $210000.00 while at this debt collecting agency. Is n't this Usury?
