I am the executor of my brother 's estate, - - -, -. He lived in -, Maryland and the property address involved is - - -, -, Maryland. We entered into a Deed in Lieu of foreclosure with PNC Bank, upon their request, on -/-/-. The attorney handling the DIL has been calling weekly and there has been no progress on the file. PNC has been delaying the process and the property is set in for foreclosure on -/-/-. - - - - was paid $6000.00 for release of lien in -/-/-, and this lender has not recorded certificate of satisfaction yet.
