I have a loan with Military Credit Services. This company has a few affiliations. I am military and while moving from my past location to my present one I experienced significant financial hardship. I attempted to communicate this to their office to no avail and the account went to collections. Since then, with the intervention of CFPB I have a lower payment which has been made on time since - 2015. Therefore my agreed payments have been made on time for -, -, -, - and - ( 5 Months!! ) and the company updates my credit profile with " account in collections '' for all of these months!
