This debt was paid years ago. When the agency contacted me I informed them of this and asked them to contact their customer, verify the debt and send it to me in writing. They continued to contact me and I advised them they were in violation of FDCPA. I again requested that they not contact me and verify the debt. This information was also reported as negative on my credit history causing me difficulties.
