SUBURBAN CREDIT CORPORATION has attempted collecting on $120.00 of medical debt claimed to be incurred during my visits to - on -/-/- and -/-/-. The collections company states that i failed to make the $60.00 co-payments during each of these visits. However, I have paid every bill presented to me by the Doctor 's office and the collections agency can not or is not willing to prove that i have not made these payments. The Doctor 's office never billed me for these co-pays or mentioned during my many visits to their practice even month 's after these claimed unpaid visits. I would have definitely paid if they had asked me for co-pays for these visits ( which were by the way follow up visits requested by the Doctor ) either during or after the visits. I have a spotless credit history and have pay every bill that I owe. However, I wo n't be bullied by a collections agency into paying debt that i do not owe and which they can not provide evidence of non-payment off.
