Debt collector does not hold a current surety bond registered with the - Of Texas. Debt collector was notified on -/-/-, via email and certified return receipt requested through the USPS. Was asked to validate debt and until debt could be validated, asked to remove the debt from my credit report immediately. Debt collector has not responded via mail or email and is in direct violation of willful non compliance according to the FCRA and has violated the FDCPA by not validating debt and is subject to possible litigation to seek relief from violating these acts. Each independent violation is subject to a $1000.00 fine, payable to me.
