Co signed a loan for an individual in - customer then defaulted and the car was auctioned then I settled in - with this company Santander for - and they have not applied the - to the account and now I am being harassed and the account is reflecting on my credit. This original debtor is deceased as of - - and I have sent them the proof of the payments I have made to them. The deceased individual estate should have taken care of all debts what can I do?
