Incorrect information on credit report Public record Texas

There is a judgment on my credit report that was dismissed. It should not be showing up. Attached is a copy of the documentation direct from the - - - - - Courts -. I have written a few times but the credit bureau will not remove it. Please help, I am unable to get a mortgage approved because they will not fix it.
