Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC New York

Hi Yesterday ( - - 2015 ) I went to - - in -, - to enquire about leasing car. I informed them in advance that my credit score is around -- but do not have long history so i dont want u to tun the credit check. The manager ( Name - ) confidently told me that this will be only soft check so no impact on my score. Now I see that they did hard check which is absolutely wrong. I asked them multiple to make sure that I dont want this but they said no problem, no need to worry. Same thing happened with when I came to - first time & - - manager gave me wrong information, tried to sell his credit card .... this is really not acceptable. I do pay all bills, rent in time, no defaults and still suffering with this. I hope u will sove my problem. Creditor - - Creditor Contact Details - -, NY - ( - ) -
