I have disputed this issue with all credit bureaus but I think they did n't understand my dispute. My complaint is about - Mortgage -. Wells Fargo Home Mortgage lost a class action suit because of their fraudulent mortgage practices.. I was part of that suit. It started 2012. I left consumers an option to recover additional monetary damages and other remedies. My credit has been damaged because of them reporting it as " foreclosure ''. I ca n't get any credit, loans, etc. My mortgage account was under - -.
