Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid New Mexico

I was notified of - $150.00 medical debts filed on my credit report by Transfinancial Companies. I made several attempts to pay the bill to Transfinancial. I could not complete the payment as the employee refused to stop yelling across the phone, despite notifying her of my - and repeatedly asking her to help me. I paid $300.00 on - -, 2015 directly to - - - Hospital since Transfinancial was incapable of receiving payment. I made complaints to - - - Hospital business office regarding the conduct of their sub-contractor, collection agency. As of today, Transfinancial has failed to report both accounts paid in full. They are maliciously not reporting accurate information on my credit report. I feel that this is in retaliation for the complaints made to - - - Hospital. This is also in connection with, but separate from, another complaint I filed with Consumer Finance Protection today in regards to Transfinancial Companies.
