i paid my above my billed balance on my chase slate card 3 days after the due date and got assessed interest for the month. i think that this is not fair to the consumer. i have tried to contact the company and they wo n't remove the fees. i am tired of companies taking advantage of consumers. i believe that the charges should have been reversed. i have been a customer of theirs for almost 19 years. they said they never remove fees from an account. I find that hard to believe!
