A company called North Cash will not stop harassing me about a supposed loan they gave someone - but not me. I 've never had ( or needed ) a loan. I 've mentioned that they need to stop contacting me and that they should abide by the Fair Debt Collection Act, which requires them to stop contacting me because clearly they gave a loan to someone who was n't me. I have spoken to the police about this, yet North Cash refuses to stop calling me on my cell phone and at my office. The - people who have contacted me are very rude and no matter how many times I tell them that I 've never taken a loan, they insist I have.
