- and - - - ( - - - -, -, -, - ) are submitting derogatory in formation concerning an account from -/-/- where we made calls using a toll free calling card and - routed the calls so that it was a toll call. I filed the a letter protesting the charges on -. I provided a copy of the to the CFPB. - nor - did not contact me per my letter. They have reported the derogatory information to Trans Union and I was refused credit because of the report.
