TransUnion Credit Reporting Complaint

TransUnion Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score North Carolina

On several occasions I have send a request for Credit Report along with a copy of new address, Gov, I.D . Copy of Bill, Copy of letter with address from the V.A. They keep sending me the same letter as if they had not received it all. I send the last copy regristered and i recieved the same old froam back. It 's been years going through this. But they keep giving out low score 's which I have not used credit in years.
