In an attempt to refinance our home, just days from closing, my loan processor c contacted me to say that Ocwen never recorded our existing mortgage with the - County Register of Deeds. I have been calling them and requesting them to file an Affidavit of Lost Mortgage with the Register of Deeds. Every time I call I am sent to an escalation manager and am given a different story.
