JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Chase Bank will not accept my cash payment for my credit card. They want me to go and buy an I.D . or buy a money order from them. I have no job and can not afford either and the time before they charge me fees is too soon anyway. I 've spoken with an executive at the head office for credit cards. This will ruin my credit report and my future. Please help me! My name is -. I 've tried all that I can do Reach me at : ( - ) - They will not respond to me even after I 've written a dozen times!!!
