Integrated Recovery Services Debt collection department,

I do not know Communication tactics Called outside of 8am-9pm Michigan

A representative called me on -/-/2015 regarding a debt a relative has, I explained I have nothing to do with the debt and requested no contact, they assured me they would take me off as contact. On -/-/ I received an automated call regarding the same debt owed by a relative. I called again to ask that they remove me as a contact, " - '' stated that the relative would need to have them remove me. I asked why she could not remove me as an non-involved part that did not want to be contacted, she again stated that the relative needed to have me removed from their contact list. I asked if they followed FTC regulations, she stated they follow their own regulations then put me on hold and did not return to the call.
