Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay New York

Hello my name is - - i lost my job in 2014 i had a loan that fell behind - i was making payments for - the car was very old and had some damages and was just in a accident i told them i did n't want the car due to me falling behind on payments so i defaulted and thought it would be best for me to give it back not knowing i could use my insurance check for - towards my balance i was sending emails and all to - a former worker of the bank she did not explain my options instead told me i owed - on my whole loan so they took the car with all my personal belongings in it and also called the insurance place and took the check had me removed off of the check and put it towards my loan balance never heard from them after i just found out that i could of had my car back which i was reaching out to - in the email after they came an got the car so i called - who is in the repo department she said its to late


heard anything i am out of a car and money im at loss in the end due to her not giving me options for my car and not sending me all documentation i requested on my loan and payments i dont have the loan cause it was in the car with all my personal things that they have took with the car and i have all email proof to me contacting jaime and me trying to work this issue out regardless of me saying at that moment i did n't want my car why would i not want something i worked hard to pay for and need i even have proof of them removing me off my insurance check. but when i reached out to - she stated my balance before they got the car was only - but - said - i wan na what was is thats why i asked for proof and never got it then they want me to pay - to them for what i never got a letter saying what happen to the car i got nothing in the end. this company has all bad reviews and i feel i was taken advantage of who in their right mind would n't want something they paid for yes at the time i was mad and stated i did n't want it but in a following email i stated i just overacted and do want my car that i worked hard for a day after they came and got it but she never reached out to me and when i was calling for her she was acting like she is not there.
