Incorrect information on credit report Personal information Massachusetts

Hi, There are some personal information in my credit report that are incorrect : For instance the Employer Reported and Date Reported '' - - - -/-/-- - -/-/-My employer 's name is - and neither of the above misspelled names. Same with the information in Names Reported '' - - -My full name is - - and not - - as listed. Please help correct the above information on my credit profile.
