- - of Continental Finance did knowing know about my discrimination claim and failed to provide investigation report. Continental Finance has discriminated against me due to the color of my skin, by closing my account without validation, Also I want to file an alternative dispute but due Continental Finance polices, they have failed to file my request for arbitration. I will file a claim in Federal court under the Recovery Act.
