I owed $160.00 to - - in - Texas. It was sent to Optimum Outcomes for collection. The insurance finally got worked out and paid me so I immediately paid - - with my debit card. I 've sent proof of this with the payment receipt transaction number from the hospital to Optimum Outcomes but they continue to send me collection letters and will not remove the item from my credit reports.
