On -/-/15 I received a letter from collection Agency to pay $250.00 : CMRE Acct : - The DEBT IS NOT MINE : I was billed wrongfully by Texas - - - ( account # - ) through the Agency " - '' with account -, last bill in amount $250.00. This bill was to be covered by - -, to whom they sent firstly the request, but on improper form, so did n't get paid. This bill is from my account # - ( on - form only, on - account it is only the numeric part ) and should be paid by - billing only, though despite of my repeated contact with Customer Service of Agency " - '', the bill was n't sent properly to Texas Dept. - -. - '- -. I received - such bills from " - '' - their billing service : First bill from The Texas - - - on -/-/15 = $300.00 ( - - and - ) ; Second bill on -/-/2015 for the same service


Dept. -., and I submit FA- with bills from - to - - Customer Service - Claim # -, confirming that - - has to pay my bills. On -/-/15, they requested to Texas - to submit the appropriate forms, though Texas - never sent their new bill form till today ( -/-/2015 ), when I contacted again - ( phone - ) about paying my bills. The Customer Agent called today Texas - and asked again to submit appropriate form for getting money for my bills ( today claim= # -. They again promised to send it, so I will - in 2 weeks, but can be too late for my credit score tarnishing.
