Used multiple, aggressive forms of communication. I have unsuccessfully tried to resolve the debt of a monthly payment of 5 % of the total debt and pay the full debt, rather than a lesser settlement. They stated they would either only accept 10 % of the total debt as a monthly payment, or half of the total debt in full. When I did not agree and questioned options, they stated they would rather keep my account in collections on their terms rather than accepting any form of payment from me. Not only unprofessional communication, but rude and aggressive threats of retaliation.
