I submitted a letter to Ocwen bank like they told me to do over the phone when I called them about my mortgage pmi. I told them I would like to have them look at my account and see about the removal of the pmi since my house is clearly well over the 20 % threashold. They sent me a letter back stating that my ltv was 95 % which there is no way. I would like an appraisal done and shown that this is false. Please Help.
