Wells Fargo back dated letter regarding proof of insurance. Letter dated and sent - - ( not received till a week later thru regular mail ), stated to provide proof of insurance before - - or would be force placed and was in fact already force placed prior to any notification ( I had provided all info the day after car was purchased, never notified they needed something else ). Not only was this provided a month before to the dealer, there was no way to comply with their notification AFTER the due date. This was then provided. This has since been provided to them - times which they refuse to confirm receipt of. This was sent by myself - times ( - to dealer, - faxed to thier insurance directly ) ..Three times by my agent directly. Another time from the insurance customer center - # directly to Wells Fargo auto ... ..Then my agent even called and verbally gave the information twice more ... ... .still they claim is outstanding. Insurance dept routes me to customer service who routes me back to insurance ... .so on and so on. They keep charging more and more fees and have


Each time I get routed to someone else who give me different information, then never appears to notate my account since next time I call is like the first time. This is obviously a scam for additional fees and high insurance that is in cohersion with the auto dealer/lender. They have all my contact info yet claim they are not allowed to leave me a voicemail so that I know they are trying to reach me. Agents are rude and actually lied to me regarding my rights. They claimed that they can not file a complaint & have nothing to do with credit agencies to correct information and until I pay them, customer service will continue to pass me off to collections which will # - not resolve the insurance matter nor address the erronous issues with my credit nor revese fees ....
