Other (i.e. phone, health club, etc.) Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid California

I then disputed the claim with Caine & Weiner through an email address they provided because their representative claims that disputes can not be made over the phone. I believed matter was concluded but then Caine & Weiner resumed trying to collect a debt not owed in the middle of -. Also, instead of calling my phone number like they had no problem doing so month ago, they are now calling my family members to contact me. I have reached out to - - and have been sent confirmation of not owing any money.
