I owned a business back in 2008 that I took a credit card out from capital one with a credit limit of - everything went well for the first 6 months then I started getting charged over the limit fees each month in the amount of - each month i called and was told they would not remove them after a year i gave up paying on it they had doubled what i owed them raised my interest rate now they have hired an attorney which has put - judgement 's against me for it - on my checking account - on my state taxes and the - - is on my house which has a mortgage on it all for the amount of - this is outrageous for such a small amount since then I have lost my business due to the economy
