[ Case number : - ] I 'm still frustrated with the lack of response from Wells Fargo. I just need to get my ex-husband 's name off of the house. He has n't lived here since -, 2008 and I have paid the mortgage. The mortgage is current. Wells Fargo states that my credit is n't strong enough, which I understand. But since I 've been paying it all along, should n't that be taken into consideration? I intend to stay in the house indefinitely and it is the sole residence for me and my children.
