Hello, I had a loan with RoadLoans in -/-/-, repoed in -/-/-. RoadLoans was bought by Santander in -/-/-. I filed bankruptcy - discharged in -/-/-. Case # -. RoadLoans and Santander is part of my filing. RoadLoans and Santander take turns appearing in my credit reports as late payments. I have called them. I sent a certified letter telling them to stop and comply with a federal order. I am applying for a FHA ( possible USDA ) loan. I have to write a letter explaining my late payments with my student loan and bankruptcy. Apparently RoadLoans/Santander appeared again on my credit report as unpaid. I am asking for assistance in this matter. Respectfully Yours, - -
