JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Chase is current reporting an account on my credit report as a charged-off account. However this charge-off account is also illicitly being reporting with a past due balance, and showing that its an active account. In doing so Chase is illicitly harming my credit more than legally permissible. I have brought this issue up with Chase through the credit bureaus but to no avail.
