Fair debt collection practices act violations:1. Debt collectors are not permitted to ask a consumer to pay more than they proportionally owe [ 15 USC-1692c ] 807 ( 2 ) ( a ). By failing to validate the debt, the debt collectors are doing exactly that. By failing to provide a CERTIFIED STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTING as required under the Uniform Commercial Code Article -. 2. Sending a paper known as a financial statement that is not signed and or certified DOES NOT constitute as a valid certified statement of accounting [ 15 USC-1692g ] 809 ( b ) and violates the rights of the consumer or borrower. 3. The debt collectors have added on extra fees that were never provided to the consumer or borrower and is in violation of the FAIR DEBT PRACTICES ACT [ 15 USC-1692F ] 808 ( I ). Because an accurate certified STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTING has yet to be provided, the actual

The purported debt collectors and or financial institution have not only been argumentative, but have conducted themselves in a manner unbecoming of a debt collector as outlined in [ 15 USC-1692d ] 806. Their language and conduct violate the basic and common standards of the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES and BUSINESS ETIQUETTE. 5. The financial institution and or debt collectors are threatening to take property that is not theirs to take. This is a violation of the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT [ 15 USC-1692e ] 807. 6. Debt collectors are prohibited and or forbidden to report a purported debt to anyone once they have been told to cease and desist all debt collection activities by the consumer and or their representative ( s ) [ 15 USC-1692e ] 805 ( b ) because the debt has yet to be validated or verified, reporting to the several different credit agencies is a violation of federal law. 7. After receiving notice to cease and desist all communication until the debt has been validated and verified the financial institutions and or debt collectors have violated federal law [ 15 USC-1692c ] 805 ( c ).
