BB&T Financial Credit Card Complaint

BB&T Financial Credit card department,

Credit card protection / Debt protection Virginia

I was called by the Fraud Department of BB & T bank, -, alerting me to the fraudulent use of my credit card. I returned the call and was told a new card would be sent. I received new card but BB & T bank during - branch visits could not verify charges, account numbers or fraudulent activity on any account. I am concerned this might be a scam.
