Transit card Unauthorized transactions/trans. issues Rhode Island

I am a customer of Rushcard. On -/-/15 my employer direct deposited $400.00, however, on -/-/15 there was a deposit reversal done by this company not my employer. I simply want my money back. It is mid - and I still cant get through to customer service and I have no idea how to get information on my funds.
