I have a loan modification loan for the past 2 or 3 years and i was told that it has taken care of the second on the loan also. i have not seen any negative statements on my credit file concerning this matter. Now i have been sent a letter o notice of default and intent to accelerate against me on my home. it says total payments due for 87 months -/-/2008. the principle is - and interest is -late charges -. I have no idea about any of this claim. all i know is that i had a loan modification and only - bill to pay because it was taken care of by the loan modification.
