We have repeatedly requested a reinstatement quote and have attempted to contact our point of contact. Often times, we are unable to reach anyone. When we do, we are told to expect to hear back from them but do not receive any requested information. During the loan modification application process we repeatedly had to submit information and never received a response regarding a trial or loan modification plan.
